FAQs

Will vehicle wrapping damage the vehicle?

Our trained specialist applying vehicle wrapping film to your vehicle will not damage your paintwork. However If you already have stone chips, abrasions or rust patches on your paintwork it’s important to remember that when the vinyl is removed it may pull loose paint off with it. But did you know? The film actually shields the paint against chips, abrasions and weathering to preserve your cars future value.

Is the vehicle wrap easy to remove?

Yes. The vehicle wrapping film we use is applied with high quality adhesives and can be easily removed within 5 years of the wrap being installed.

Who do I need to advise about my vehicle wrap?

Depending on your Insurance Company, it is important that you advise your insurance company that you have had your vehicle part/fully wrapped. This way should you be in the unfortunate position of having an accident or need to claim on your insurance company then they are aware of the costs and materials that will need to be replaced.

Is my deposit refundable?

If you have booked a vehicle in and paid a deposit for wrapping, we are afraid we are unable to refund your deposit, due to the fact that the deposit is used to order/produce the material needed for the particular job.

How long does a vehicle wrap last?

A professionally applied vehicle wrap will last between 3 and 5 years but can vary depending on how the wrap is cared for. Garage kept/ceramic coated wraps extend the life of the wrap. Ceramic coating alone extends the life about 2-3 years.

Can I change my booked date for wrapping?

If you have booked a vehicle in and paid a deposit, you may only change your date for wrapping if you provide notice (via Telephone) at least 3 working days prior to your fitting date. We reserve the right to cancel and as stated not refund your deposit if you fail to turn up or provide insufficient notice time.

Do I get a warranty or guarantee?

Guarantees of up to five years are available on our colour change wraps, dependent on colour and finish required. Terms & Conditions apply.

Are you insured?

We are insured to drive, store and work on vehicles to a value of $500,000. We are insured against negligence whilst wrapping your car, and have full public £ employee liability insurance.

Will the wrap damage my paintwork?

During the application process, our amazing trained team of application technicians are careful not to damage the paintwork of your car. The films that we use will not directly damage the car’s paintwork, however you do need to ensure that your vehicle’s paintwork is of a sound and OEM quality.
